Unisex Curls on Top v2.0

Updated stuff:

• Edited the scarves so now they’re an overlay instead of a separate mesh (Still found in the hat category)
• Scarves are merged with the hair file, so you don’t have separate downloads
  
• Scarves palette changed to WMS colors
• I tested it, and old recolors should still work so yay!
