One thing you should be aware of is that LittleMsSam has moved to a personal website, and one of the mods there is a Pregnancy-related one with all sorts of different options. (I'm gonna do the one that lets Sims in the first and second trimesters do way more things than they normally can, like exercise!) One of them is disabling the Pregnancy Walk. Are you okay with that?
Technically I don't own rights to the mods as all mods belong to EA since it uses their coding. Its more of a respecting the other creators and their wishes kind of thing which some people don't know how to do. What you use for your game is your business :)
