    Big thank you to @SimSergeant who helped us identify this issue down.

    If you are unable to download from our website and are running Microsoft Edge Browser, there is something about Edge that is preventing our download menus from appearing. To that end, if one switches to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, it should resolve the issue.
     
Lost in SimsVille
Josh has not been able to update his bio as he’s traveling and not answering request to provide one…It should be completed once the llamas and Alexis let him go…
