The Sims 4, which launched back in 2014, is completely free on Origin for this week only! If you don’t currently own the game then you can redeem it on Origin, EA’s digital distribution platform, and own it FOREVER. Yes, it’s COMPLETELY FREE. Sure, it doesn’t come with any expansion/game/stuff packs, but the base game experience has been continuously updated and built upon over the lifecycle of the game so far. It’s very different than how it was when it launched back in 2014. How can I claim The Sims 4 for free? I hear you ask. Simply head on over to Origin, create an account/login to your existing one, and redeem it from The Sims 4 product page.
