Electronic Arts has launched “Origin Access”, a PC subscription service that offers discounts and a slew of games for a monthly fee of $4.99. This subscription service follows the footsteps of EA’s “EA Access” for XBox, however is exclusively available for PC. “Origin Access” includes a 10% discount on all digital EA content through Origin, and is already pre-loaded with 15 games via “The Vault”. The Sims 3 Starter Pack is included in this service, among numerous games available with this subscription. According to The Sims 4 product pages, purchasing this membership will grant 10% off the games. No word yet if players will have early access to future Sims 4 games or if the game will ever be available via The Vault. Origin promises to add more games over time.
