Custom Content Complex Mesh/CC Request

Hey fellow simmers, this is a huge stretch but was looking for someone whos good at making original custom content for some complex CAS items.
I'm a huge fan of American Horror Story and have a list of a few items that would be perfect if someone were bale to make! I'd be eternally grateful and even pay honestly! If you're not familiar with the show you'll have to research what i'm talking about... the items im hoping for are:
1. Lobster Hands - possibly gloves that just give off that illusion (AHS Freak Show)
2. The Cult Clown Masks/Costumes (AHS Cult)
3. A hook for a hand (would love this for various stories in my sims world)
4. A second head...yes you read that right... But like conjoined twins or a two headed appearance would be amazing. It could go in the hat category or something and it's purely decretive - the appearance of it is just auto-cloned from the original sims features your creating. I have been told it's possible but its a tricky mesh! But would LOVE anyone able to offer anything like this. (AHS Freak Show - for reference)
5. A Nun's Habit, I have a nun costume but it's just not quiet the right style. I dont need a fullbody outfit just the habit.. (AHS Asylum - for reference)
