An Outfit Request (Christine Daae's Peacock Dress)

I've been wanting for a while to find someone who will be willing to make some of Christine Daae's outfits from the Phantom of the Opera and Love Never Dies for The Sims 4.

Right now, I'm just requesting Christine's peacock dress from Love Never Dies. Along, perhaps, with Christine's necklace, gloves, and earrings.

Here are some pictures of the dress and accessories if it helps.

P.S. It's hard to find good quality pics of the earrings. So any sapphire earring design that fits with the dress is fine, if necessary.

P.S.S. I don't want to sound like a brat. I appreciate any help. But I'm a stickler for high-quality products. So if you're great at dress designing, I would appreciate your assistance.
