Is found in the skin details section, with custom thumb nails.
As usual, this skin works for makeups with layering compatibility (not EA, but most custom).
This skin is also partially translucent, so base skin tones with partially shine through - giving you more tonal options to make your Sims unique.
I highly recommend using the HQ Mod to reduce pixelation clashes with some makeups.
