A new hairstyle for your male sims, a really pumped up forward-flick-type hair (for lack of a better description ) which has all EA Base Colors + Hat compatibility + base game compatibility.

It is worth noting that it's not perfect, and there are visible seams which tend to be emphasized by direct light exposure. But I think it's good enough to use for myself, so that's usually enough for me lol.
