This mod requires the expansion pack Get to Work! Please do NOT try to use this mod without owning (and having it installed) the Get to Work expansion pack!

This mod is so that instead after 8-9 hours of working, your retail employees will stay a full 24 hours before they tell you they have to leave! If you want them to return after the 24 hours, you should be able to just close the store down then open it again and they should return!
