清霜童子/Qingshuangtongzi's Dragon cloned to the Flaming Tiki Bar:

Qingshuangtongzi's Sims 3 version is available in his 09-12 CC compilation.
There are many unnecessary slots for stools, decor, and serving in this package, but they could not be removed without breaking it. So... just don't put stools on the stool slots. Sims may set things down on the decor slots tho. It is found in sculptures.
