Last year, @SimsVIP, @SMagGeorge, and I came together to launch SimsWorkshop. In one year, we are amazed at what the community has done here at SimsWorkshop. We're even more blown away at how many people have used SimsWorkshop.

To give you an idea, here's some data we've collected since our opening from last year.

Number of Unique Visitors: 467,050
Number of Unique Pageviews: 2,235,798
Number of Sims 4 Custom Content Uploaded: 2443
Number of Sims 4 Mods Uploaded: 42

Total Sims 4 Downloads (Custom Content + Mods): 1,174,434
Total Sims 4 Resource Views (Custom Content + Mods): 6,309,897

We are absolutely blown away at these figures. To celebrate our first year together, we have a birthday gift for you. It's a small gift, but it has tremendous impact on how you will use the site.

We have replaced our Flash-based attachment uploader with an HTML5-based one. By doing so, this increases the compatibility of SimsWorkshop with your mobile devices and removes Flash as a dependency for multiple file uploads. As an added benefit of switching to our new HTML5-based uploader, there should be a noticeable performance increase as well.

Translation: We've made this site even more user friendly to be used by iPhone, iPad and Android users and it's 30% faster than before.

I want to take a moment to thank the many custom content artists who have made SimsWorkshop a huge success in the year.
