Sorry I don't know a thing about clothing but I can recommend that you join teanmoon's helpdesk. She is very helpful!
The place to go would be to orangemittens if you haven't found a fix yet. It generally takes a little longer there to get a response tho. Here is a list of common problems that may or may not be helpful. Could need this fix....I'm not sure. How to close a sleeve mesh (Blender)
